How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. See our Shipping Info page for full details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized items are final sale. Check our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Follow us on TikTok for announcements about international shipping availability.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted or 3D printed in-house. Each item is carefully made and inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status on your account page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@chyisblessed.store as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you offer custom orders?
We occasionally take custom orders depending on the item. Reach out via email or DM us on social media to discuss your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.
